HOW DO I BEGIN A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Contact our customer service department at ozarkriverwalkers@gmail.com or call our customer service directly at (417) 849-5989. An ORW customer service representative will process your request. Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us. While we are happy to assist you with your claim, we will ask for pictures of the damaged item before it is shipped to our office.  

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

• Products showing wear from Commercial use.
• Cosmetic issues.
• Boards purchased in used condition without a verifiable age.
• Any customer-initiated modifications to the surface of the board.

INFLATABLE PADDLE BOARDS (iSUPs)

Limited 3 Year Warranty - ORW guarantees against any abnormal defect in manufacturing and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you.

THIS WARRANTY COMMITMENT DOES NOT COVER CLAIM CONDITIONS SUCH AS;

-  Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

-  Damage caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling.

-  The damage affected by inappropriate storage in temperatures over 95°F.

-  Delamination caused by overheating as a result of exposure to direct sunlight while not in use.

-  Damage produced by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions.

-  Boards used in a rental, commercial, or teaching environment.

-  Wear or peeling of foam traction pads.
